This necklace features our sterling silver heart locket and a gold vermeil tiny heart charm.
The locket opens and can hold two photos inside. This locket is made using traditional skills in Birmingham UK and is hallmarked with our Lime Tree Design Mark. This is ideal for someone who likes the idea of a classic locket but wants a cleaner, more contemporary look.
The necklace comes boxed. Locket measures approx 14mm/15mm/5.5mm.
Please note that our studio does not offer photo insertion. If you’d like to insert photos into this locket they will need to measure: 15 x 15mm.
Locket, chain and fittings are made from sterling silver/925. Please rub with a silver cloth to clean. Heart charm is gold vermeil. Vermeil is 18 carat gold plated on a sterling silver base. It’s a surface treatment and will fade over time. Be careful with sun cream or perfumes and always remove jewellery before swimming or bathing. Please do not use metal cleaners on vermeil as this may remove the plating.
Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £30. Delivery for orders under £30 is £4.80.
Express next day UK delivery is £7.65. The cut off for next day delivery orders is 12 noon.
EU International courier delivery is £25.
All orders under 150 Euros are delivered to the door of the recipient, VAT is collected at checkout and there should be nothing extra to pay. Ideal if you are sending a gift to Europe. Orders over 150 Euros will still have to pay VAT and customs charges for your country when you receive it.
USA courier 3 day service is £23.50. USA Please note the customs threshold is $800 there may be local sales tax to pay
Canada and Australia is £50 courier.
Please note that customers are responsible for any duty and taxes that may be due in the delivery country. We reserve the right to change delivery carrier depending on service levels.
UK Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail the same or next working day after ordering. We will contact you if the item you have ordered is not in stock and arrange a later delivery date or a cancellation and refund.
If you are not entirely happy with your order you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving it. Please use a recorded delivery service and send it to our address that can be found on our Contact page. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of engraved jewellery or any earrings, unless they are faulty, in which case return postage cost will also be refunded.
