UK Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail the same or next working day after ordering. We will contact you if the item you have ordered is not in stock and arrange a later delivery date or a cancellation and refund.

Please use a recorded delivery service and send it to our address that can be found on our Contact page. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of engraved jewellery or any earrings, unless they are faulty, in which case return postage cost will also be refunded.
